  • Understanding the client organization with regard to existing business activities, organization structure, culture and future growth plans
  • Mapping position specific competencies including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities, KRA.s, experience, qualifications, reporting structure, compensation, and preferred target industries.
  • Search Target Plan – Keeping in mind the orientation, our engagement team will establish a search strategy to effectively target desired candidate
  • Industry/ organization Mapping: We will develop a target list of appropriate industries and/or organizations from where the right candidate can be sourced.
  • People Mapping: Once the target industry/organization list is agreed upon, we will utilize our sources and networks along with our database to develop an initial candidate list.
  • First Shortlist: Based on people mapping, we will draw up an initial list of target candidates. The most promising of these will be presented as a list of people we intend to approach.
  • Evaluation: Once we have developed a mutual agreement in pursuing specific candidates, we will contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position. We will then evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match.
  • Evaluation Parameters & process followed: with the job and understand the suitability & interest of candidates. This is based on competency skills as -
    • Technical
    • Financial
    • Cultural fitment
    • Organizational value system.
    • Mapping of candidates in accordance with job roles and responsibilities.
    • Soft Skills as necessary for the job and the organization.
    • All needs & specification by clients.
  • Interviews: For short listed candidates, we will prepare evaluation summary to facilitate the interview process. The parameter of evaluation sheet would be as per the job specifications.

    Reference Check: We will conduct a detailed reference check on the candidate you wish to hire. The list of referees will be shared with the client in advance.

    Post joining follow-up for at least 3 months to ensure smooth transition.
